I am happy to know that many Filipinos are willing to have a healthy lifestyle and I am glad see that each of us is health conscious right now and I am one of them. : ) Base to the Herbalife Health Poll, 9 in 10 Filipino are highly concerned about the potential diseases that an unhealthy lifestyle can cause them and with the same number believing that having a simple lifestyle can change and help to improve the overall well-being of a person.

Base on this result that conducted last September 2015, Our country have a good number of respondents on willingness to adopt a healthy lifestyle

79% said that they would like to cut down on unhealthy foods
78% said that they are willing to exercise more regularly.
72% said that they are ready to make better nutrition choice.

Its nice to see that this results of the survey gives us understand that each Filipinos is becoming more health conscious and self-aware to make their life more healthy and fit, to change does bad unhealthy lifestyle habits. The Herbalife also got an idea where we are needed, because as the survey revealed only four out of 10 would spend 10 to 30  minutes a day to make simple lifestyle  changes, said by Rosalio Valenzuela, Herbalife Philippines General Manager.

Here also the results why some of us is not able to attain or get this changes in our lifestyle, cited here are the reasons

75% lack of time to workout or exercise
64% lack of time to prepare healthy meals or nutrition choice
62% is because of highly cost healthy foods

The same health pool showed that the top three aging-related concerns in the country were heart, brain, and eye health.

Base on the numbers collected by the Herbalife I am agree that the reason why some Filipinos can not acquired the right nutrition is because of high prices of healthy foods and to be honest and reality check this is true. This is just my opinion because this is also my dilemma in life.
