PNB HOLDINGS LAUNCHES PROJECT COSMOS WITH DELAWARE PHILIPPINES TO DRIVE REAL ESTATE TRANSFORMATION

The second phase of GROW with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition adoption focuses on operational efficiency and digital integration to fuel the real estate company’s growth

Philippines – Last January 21, 2025 PNB Holdings Corp. (PHC), a subsidiary of Philippine National Bank (PNB), has officially launched the second phase of its GROW with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition implementation, called Project Cosmos.
Partnering with delaware Philippines, a global company that delivers advanced ICT solutions and an SAP Partner in the Philippines, this initiative aims to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and integrate real-time data across its real estate
business.

Building on the success of Phase 1, Project Stellar, PHC was focused on automating and standardizing processes critical to its operations, including financials, procurement, property maintenance, and project systems. Phase 2, Project Cosmos, takes these efforts
further by modernizing backend and frontend systems, enabling PHC to realize its vision of seamless, data-driven operations.

“By adopting GROW with SAP, we’re embracing a system designed to address our unique real estate challenges while ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency. With delaware’s expertise, we are confident that this initiative will bring lasting value to our business
and stakeholders,” said Joselito R. Consunji, PHC Chief Operation Officer.

The timeline for Project Cosmos kicked off in December 2024. The first track of Phase 2 is set to go live by January 2025, while the second track will follow in April 2025, concluding with system stabilization and final sign-offs.

According to PHC Chief Financial Officer Maryknoll B. Zamora, Project Cosmos is more than a system upgrade—it represents PHC’s commitment to digital transformation.

“Our partnership with delaware underscores our shared goal of achieving operational excellence. GROW with SAP equips us with the tools to simplify processes, improve decision-making, and achieve sustainable growth,” said Zamora.

Partner and Managing Director of delaware Philippines, Rosette Carrao, echoes this statement. She said, “This collaboration highlights our dedication to helping businesses like PHC navigate their digital transformation journey efficiently. We’re proud to support PHC as they adopt GROW with SAP to optimize their operations and prepare for future challenges.”

Through Project Cosmos, PHC is expected to gain a more integrated and automated system, ensuring accurate data, enhanced workflows, and improved decision-making. This new technology will enable the real estate company to embrace a new way of working, empowering it to achieve its strategic goals as an industry leader.

The kickoff event included a ceremonial launch and a team-building session for PHC and delaware members to foster collaboration and trust, key elements for the project’s success.

“As the preferred SAP implementation partner, delaware is committed to ensuring PHC’s success. We’re excited to see how this technology will empower PHC to meet its strategic objectives and remain competitive in the real estate market,” said Simone Pigason,
Senior Vice President for Customer Success at delaware Philippines.

As PHC continues to pave the way for innovation in real estate, delaware Philippines remains a key partner, providing expertise and support to help the organization achieve its business and digital transformation objectives.
