Payment done, no phone needed or wallet needed. It’s like having a wallet on my wrist, and I’m obsessed with how easy and stress-free it makes my life talaga. Why? Let me break it down simply, walk you through how to connect GCash to your smartwatch, and list the compatible Huawei wearables that make this magic happen.

How to Connect GCash to Your Huawei Smartwatch

Setting up GCash Watch Pay is super easy, and I’ve done it myself – it took me less than five minutes. Follow these steps to link your GCash account to your Huawei wearable and start paying with a flick of your wrist:

Log in to Your Huawei ID: On your Android or Huawei phone, sign in with your Huawei ID. Make sure the region is set to the Philippines (this is key!).

Connect to Huawei Health: Open the Huawei Health app and pair your smartwatch. If you haven’t set this up yet, just follow the app’s prompts – it’s straightforward.

Log in to GCash: Open the GCash mobile app on your phone and ensure your account is fully verified. If it’s not, complete the verification process first.

Access Payment Settings on Your Smartwatch: On your Huawei smartwatch, go to the menu, tap Settings, and select Payment.

Install the GCash App: Look for the GCash option in the Payment menu and install the app on your smartwatch.

Enter Your GCash PIN: Open the GCash app on your watch and enter your GCash PIN.

Scan the QR Code: Your watch will display a QR code. Use the GCash mobile app on your phone to scan it.

Bind the Accounts: In the GCash mobile app, tap Bind. Both your phone and watch will confirm that the linking is successful.
