PHILIPPINES – Home Credit Philippines (HCPH), the country’s leading consumer finance company, reinforced its position as a frontrunner in HR digital transformation and talent development by earning three major honors at the 2025 HR Excellence Awards held on August 7 at the Grand Hyatt Manila, BGC, Taguig City.
Building on its 2024 win, the company stood out among 41 competitive HR categories, securing Silver in Excellence in In-house Talent Pipeline Strategy; Silver in Excellence in the Use of HR Tech; and Bronze in Excellence in Digital Transformation.
The Excellence in In-house Talent Pipeline Strategy award recognizes HCPH’s programs that identify high-potential employees early and develop them through progressive programs such as the Leadership Development Center, targeted training tracks, and the Internal Application Program. These initiatives provide both vertical and lateral career growth, ensuring a strong bench of future-ready employees prepared to step into leadership roles.
