The said activity was mounted for the Philippine Tattoo Community, which aim to promote the art tattoo industry in the country and eradicate the negative image of tattooed Pinoys. This is a amazing event to give awareness and change the point of view of some Pinoys regarding this issue.

What will be happen in the future if the water is contaminated and no life at all. Ano pa kaya ang aabutan ng mga  kabataan sa susunod na panahon? Guys lets start saving the environment especially the water that give us life.

So guys another worth it run for this year. MBC RUN is an annual event intended to raise funds to help clean the Manila Bay and saving this beautiful place. This amazing fundraising event will generate environment awareness, concerns for the country's major waterways and to be fit also.

JUST FOR RUN, JOIN THE FUN FEEDBACK

Running is my passion to be healthy and fit. But the main reason why I support and run different running events is because I run for a cause. I was very lucky to be invited on this beneficiary run of ABS-CBN News Channel show Health Matters.

So here is my feedback on JUST FOR RUN, JOIN THE FUN

1. RUNNING SHIRT I like the color coding of the running shirt. Good Job guys because I am able to recognize all the participant by race category.

2. EVENT AREA The festive area is nice and big, it is a perfect place to handle big crowd of runners. And I wish the area had more booths and activities to make it very productive. sayang kasi ang place if hindi ito nagamit ng mabuti

3. TIMER I wish there is a timer on this start/finish line arc, because some runners wanted to see their running time if they got new PR (personal record) in running or some runners just want to see if how fast they run on that race category.

4. WATER/HYDRATION STATION water and the hydration station is the most important thing in organizing this kind of event. Base on the complains of some runners and in my own experience there is no enough water and water station in the race route. Madami ang na disappointed kasi madami ang uhaw na uhaw at sana meron sanang water station sa festive area para sa mga runners na super uhaw po.

5. SIGN BOARDS The race sign boards is very important also in this race and should be visible to all runners. I run for 3k only but base on my experience I almost run 5k, because me and with some leading runners was not able to see the sign for 3k u-turn slot going to finish line so all of us got lost and we run for route of 5k category. And last is I find out that the signs are see in the shirt of the marshals. Dapat hindi naka lagay sa shirt ang signs for race, paano if hindi nakaharap ang tao na may suot nito, natakpan ito or any possible reasons na hindi makita ito ng runners, kawawa naman sila at buti nalang hindi nagkaroon ng top 3 winners awarding, kasi kung meron nako patay na.

6. MARSHALS I wish their is lots of marshals designated in the area especially to assist the runners from their concerns and also to guide the runners from the race route.

7. FINISHER MEDAL I like the finisher medal design, and I wish that this medals was distributed to all the runners after they cross the finish line. As a runner and base some concerns mas maganda kasi isabit ang medal after mag cross ng mga runners sa finish line, kasi mas nakakawarm ng damdamin na after the run may magcongrats sayo at magsusuot ng medal.

8. GUN START I wish it was done properly. Because base on what I see lots of runners are not still in the starting line because they are still coming from the festive area, the starting line is also little bit far from the festive area, and someone already start the gun start with no countdown and also check if all runners is gather and ready at the starting line. Sabi ko nga ano ba ito si kuya, bahala si batman mode basta makaraos lang hindi muna check if ok na lahat.

9. COOL HOST with Mr. Paolo Abrera of Health Matters Show

I understand the situation of the organizer of this event, I hope for the next event like this, I wish that everything will be ok.

PARUN NG COWBOY FEEDBACK

PARUN NG COWBOY was a successful event. This event is line for the 21st anniversary celebration of Cowboy Grill's which aims to help the kids of Cottolengo Filipino Foundation Inc. Being fit and healthy is good, but helping and supporting this charity run really captures my heart especially when I see does children running also in this event. It was a very amazing experience running in this  event. Good job and congratulations to the team of Cowboy Grill's and also to Pinoy Aspiring Runners for doing a very unique fun run.  

I really like the theme of this event, the cool bandana and cowboy hat waiting for does runners before they cross the finish line, cool sheriff badge finisher medal, the event area is very productive and lots of cool freebies from the partner sponsors 

The Cowboy Grill's best in-house bands also come to entertain the participants for the after-party and cool dance intermission number.

JUST FOR RUN JOIN THE RUN

Running friends, groups, and runners all over the City. Here is one of the newest beneficiary running event this year and also aims to promote healthier lifestyle and encourage everyone to experience a fun-filled run.

Health Matters TV is a block-timer lifestyle and health show in ANC (ABS-CBN NewsChannel), aired on Saturdays at 8 PM hosted by Paolo Abrera with a replay on Sundays at 11 AM. Season 2 – pilot episode will air on May 16, 2015.

In one of the episodes this 2nd season, Health Matters, partnered with B99 Event Management in organizing JUST FOR RUN, JOIN THE FUN.

DONUT DASH 5K FUN RUN FEEDBACK

This my first time to run inside the US Embassy compound for the Donut Dash 5K Fun Run "In honor of U.S. National Police Week and Fallen law enforcers around the world" kahit papaano nakapasok ako dito, kahit hindi ako kukuha ng visa lol! Why this event named Donut Dash? I don't get the cue of this or sadyang slow lang ako. So I ask my ate, and told me kaya donut dash siya kasi diba ang mga police enforcer sa U.S. is lagi donut ang dala na food, so that is the story behind this.

This event is just a small beneficiary run, all the money that they collect for the registration, donation from different department of the embassy, participants and local government will be go to the family of the Fallen 44 here in our country. I was amaze on this also because, even thou they had only 200 plus participants they still manage to get big amount of money for different sponsors and big companies here in our country to give for the said beneficiary.
